At the Jamaican Castor Oil Co. we offer domestic ground shipping for all our products in the continental US. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Orders shipped through ground usually take between 3-5 business days to deliver once processed. On select products, customers may have the option to choose an expedited shipping service. For orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, an express shipping fee is charged.
If there is shipping delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Our shipping days are Monday – Friday.

Currently, we are only shipping to the United States of America.
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 11:00AM Eastern Standard Time are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Cicero, Illinois.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@jamaicancastoroil.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Tropical Outpost is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We currently do not ship to p.o. boxes
Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided or if the customer is unavailable during delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping and re-delivery costs. We are not liable for incorrectly delivered or lost packages due to customer-provided shipping information. No refunds for address errors.
Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking shows that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
If your package arrives and the product is damaged, please send us an email immediately with photos included to support@jamaicancastoroil.co.
Delivered Packages Not Received: What to Do?
Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but are not received by the intended recipient. Once an item is marked as delivered, we are unable to file a claim on your behalf. Therefore, please contact the carrier directly and provide them with your tracking number and relevant details about your package, so that they may assist you in resolving the issue.
