Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, an email notification will be sent out with the tracking number.
Processing Times
- Orders that are placed Monday through Friday, will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Friday and weekend orders will be processed on Monday and ship within 1-3 business days.
- Processing of orders will depend on the availability of the item, as well as payment approval.
- During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
- Some products may have longer processing times. This will be indicated on the product and cart pages.
Payment Options
We accept both PayPal and credit card payments, with all credit card transactions securely processed through PayPal. At checkout, you’ll have the option to pay using your PayPal account or directly with a credit card. After completing your transaction, you’ll be seamlessly redirected back to jamaicancastoroil.co.
Refunds
- If you paid with a credit/debit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, please contact the issuing bank, as the money will still be refunded to your credit card account. Refunds to credit/debit cards usually takes 2-5 business days, however it can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
- If you paid with your PayPal balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal balance.
Updating Orders
Once and order is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled, changed, or updated as they immediately start processing. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@jamaicancastoroil.co
If you’d like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
Order Cancellations
To ensure your security, The Jamaican Castor Oil Co. will take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.
It is possible that your order may be cancelled due to high volume periods. We recommend placing your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.
If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.
Changing Shipping Address
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. We will only ship the item to the shipping address in the original order.
